Ockers Vault collects only the information needed to respond to your enquiry: your name, email, optional phone number, location and the details of the item you want to sell, trade or buy.

We do not sell or rent your information. Enquiry details are visible only to Ockers Vault staff and are used solely to value your item, arrange a deal and keep a record of the transaction.

Photos or links you submit are stored with your enquiry. Please do not include documents containing identity numbers or financial details.

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing sales@ockersvault.com.
